Not only did they assist me in finding my lost earring, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, allowing me to look my best for a special event. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a thoughtful touch, providing me with a much-needed caffeine boost to start my day. the hotel's attention to detail truly impressed me, from the well-equipped kitchen with modern cookware and utensils to the flat-screen TV for entertainment. the convenient location near Rosetta Stone Cafe and other dining options made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, my experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Manchester.
